प्रस्तुत कविता में देश के सैनिकों की भावनाओं का वर्णन है।
The presented poem describes the feelings of the soldiers of the country.
सैनिक कभी भी देश के मानसम्मान को बचाने से पीछे नहीं हटेगा। फिर चाहे उसे अपनी जान से ही हाथ क्यों ना गवाना पड़े।
The soldier will never back down from saving the honor of the country. Even if he had to lose his life.
भारत – चीन युद्ध के दौरान सैनिकों को गोलियाँ लगने के कारण उनकी साँसें रुकने वाली थी, ठण्ड के कारण उनकी नाड़ियों में खून जम रहा था |
During the Indo-China war, the soldiers were having difficulty breathing due to bullet wounds, blood was freezing in their veins due to the cold.
परन्तु उन्होंने किसी चीज़ की परवाह न करते हुए दुश्मनों का बहदुरी से मुकाबला किया और दुश्मनों को आगे नहीं बढ़ने दिया।
But without caring about anything, they fought the enemies bravely and did not allow the enemies to advance.
सैनिक गर्व से कहते है कि हमें अपने सर भी कटवाने पड़े तो हम ख़ुशी ख़ुशी कटवा देंगे पर हमारे गौरव के प्रतिक हिमालय को नहीं झुकने देंगे अर्थात हिमालय पर दुश्मनों के कदम नहीं पड़ने देंगे।
Soldiers proudly say that if we have to cut off our heads too, we will happily get them chopped off, but the symbol of our pride which is the Himalayas will not bow down, that is, we will not allow enemy feet on the Himalayas...
